Workout:
One-Legged Burpees - 15 each leg.
Skaters - 10lb dumbbells - 30 seconds.
Squat Jumps - 10lb dumbbells - 15
Scissor Push-Ups - 15
Mountain Climbers - 15 Seconds
High Knees - 15 Seconds
One Leg, Squat, Touch and Jump - 10 each leg
Repeat for 3 total sets.
Running: 4 miles, easy.
